Order Confirmation and Payment Terms

Payment must be made within 5 days from the order confirmation date. If payment is not received within the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled, and the products will not be shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

In principle, we do not accept changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. However, depending on the circumstances, we may be able to accommodate changes. We take every measure to ensure the quality of our products, but if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us via the inquiry form within 5 days of receiving your order. We will promptly arrange a replacement or other appropriate action. For defective products or incorrect items, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange. If the return or exchange is due to customer preferences, the shipping costs for returning and resending the item will be the customer’s responsibility (prepaid).

Cancellations

Cancellations can be made before shipping. Once the item is shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
